I have a few comments about the last vacation we took in Mayan Palace Nuevo Vallarta. I have visited various MayanPalace complexes and have always been more than satisfied. The location of our unit by the pool and facing the ocean was fantastic which made for a good start. The beach and general grounds are extremely clean, pretty, and relaxing. Our son got food poisoning, not at the resort but in the city, and there was medical attention and medical treatment available at the Mayan Palace and was reasonable and efficient. The quality and timing of the happy hours were on the dot! We ate at Green Break and Balche and were both excellent. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful, and just generally enjoyable, and our adult children liked the poolside daily activities. So, overall Mayan Palace is a great place to be and to be a part of since there you are treated like family. I will be taking my family to MayanPalace complexes for years to come. Jamie N

We stayed at the MayanPalace in Nuevo Vallarta. MayanPalace is situated on acres and acres of beachfront property. They have three towers and they are in the midst of building the Grand Mayan (5-star+ resort). The pool is one of the largest in Latin America. The resort gives you boogie boards and sand toys for the beach. It has an awesome canoe and train ride right at the resort. The activities are super fun!!!

We bought this time share at MayanPalace  Puerto Peñasco because we could drive to it easily.  We had a wonderful time there.  The service was excepcional. Everyone was fun.  Realy enjoyed housekeeping.  The front desk employees were great.  We are definitely pleased with our investment and we are excited about coming back this next summer!

Grupo Mayan had made the decision to demolish the 15-year-old Acapulco MayanPalace and rebuild new units to meet current MayanPalace standards. In order to accommodate Members during construction, we first built a new Acapulco MayanPalace on the golf course just 400 yards away while the existing MayanPalace was being rebuilt.

Acapulco MayanPalace will be completed in winter of 2008. At that time, the existing MayanPalace will be demolished. After reconstruction you will be able to enjoy rooms and suites that will be 50% larger than existing units, featuring luxurious furnishings and high-quality finishes. Just as we did with the MayanPalace Puerto Vallarta in 1996, we are undertaking all improvements at no extra cost to Members.
